•Strong correspondence with the Chef de Partie of the segment
•Key association with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
•Develop and keep up great working association with different divisions in the Hotel, particularly F&B outlets, In Room Dining and Banquet Operations.
•Holder of an essential Food Preparation Certificate
•Holder of an essential Health and Hygiene Certificate
•To know about all Health, Safety and Fire directions and to maintain their terms
•To keep up elevated requirements of individual cleanliness consistently
•To exhibit appropriate and safe use of all kitchen gear
•Ensure that full uniform is worn constantly
•To support and cling to the equivalent open doors arrangement of the organization
